本日、Microsoftが、Windows Insider ProgramでFastリングに設定しているユーザーに対し、｢Windows 10｣と｢Windows 10 Mobile｣の最新のプレビュー版である｢Build 14951｣の提供を開始しました。
現時点で同ビルドの変更点を案内するブログ記事が公開されていない為、同ビルドでの変更点は不明ですが、まもなく発表される予定です。

その後、変更点が正式に発表され、PC版で高精度タッチパッドの使い勝手の改良やWindows Inkの改善、PC版とモバイル版でのカメラ機能の改良、Windows Subsystem for LinuxでのUbuntu 16.04のサポートなどが行われています。
